Clearshift encourages its customers to take comfort in the independent oversight of regulatory authorities that Clearshift is subject to.  In Israel, Clearshift (Israel) Ltd is licensed by the Ministry of Finance as a Currency Service Provider.  In the United States, Clearshift is registered with the Department of Treasury as a Money Service Business and is licensed as a Money Transmitter by the New Jersey Department of Banking & Insurance
